- What the Pass is
The Early Access Pass (“Pass”) is a refundable voucher that gives the holder:
• An early booking window for Grey History Tours planned for 2026; and
• A monetary discount equal to 150 in the same currency used to buy the Pass (for example £150, €150, $150 USD, $150 CAD, or $150 AUD) when redeemed against a 2026 tour.
The Pass is not a tour booking, deposit, reservation, or contract for travel services. Places remain subject to availability when bookings open.
- Price and payment
The Pass price is 100 in your chosen currency (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD or AUD).
Payments are processed via Stripe and received by Grey History as ordinary business revenue. Funds from the Pass are not held in trust and are not transferred to any travel provider.
If you choose to book a tour later, that will be a separate transaction under separate booking terms and conditions. - Refunds
The Pass is fully refundable at any time before redemption.
Any Pass that is unused or unredeemed will be automatically refunded by March 2026, unless you confirm in writing that you wish to retain it for later use.
Refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. If that is not available, a reasonable alternative will be used. - Redemption and currency
During the early access window, Pass holders may redeem their Pass for a discount equal to 150 in the same currency originally used for purchase.
The currency chosen at purchase fixes the discount currency; Grey History does not convert discount values between currencies.
One Pass applies to one traveller. A Pass may be transferred to another person with written notice to Grey History before it is redeemed. Resale for profit is not permitted. - Early access window and availability
The Pass grants priority access to book during a defined early-access period ahead of public release.
Grey History may sell more Passes than there are places on a specific tour date. The Pass does not guarantee a place on any particular departure.
If you do not secure a place on your preferred date, you may use the Pass for another 2026 date or request a refund at any time before redemption. - Validity and expiry
Each Pass remains valid until it is redeemed or automatically refunded, whichever comes first.
Unused or unredeemed Passes will be automatically refunded by March 2026, unless the holder confirms in writing that they wish to retain the Pass for later use.
Grey History may extend the refund date by notice to Pass holders if additional 2026 departures are added. - What the Pass does not include
The Pass does not include travel services, flights, accommodation, insurance, visas, or any other components. Those form part of a future tour booking only.
Descriptions of proposed activities and access are indicative and may change before final itineraries are released. - Tour operations and liability
Tours will be operated with licensed local partners in France.
A separate booking contract will be required. Grey History is not providing travel services and assumes no liability for third parties.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. - Changes to terms
Grey History may make minor updates to these Terms to clarify wording or reflect operational needs. Substantive changes that reduce your rights will not apply to an already purchased Pass without your consent. - Data and privacy
Your details will be used to administer the Pass, provide early-access invitations, and communicate tour information, in line with our Privacy Policy. - Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Venue and jurisdiction are the courts of your state or territory of residence in Australia, or otherwise New South Wales.
